upload the contents into a directory(For that,after creating an id you should go to file manager and upload all these files)
just upload those three files in your account, and give the "gmail.htm" link to your victims, just tell her or him to login with his facebook usernamer and password, then his or her password will be sent in ur webhosting site automatically
